Hello and welcome.
I found yoga over 15 years ago when I decided to finally tackle my health and fitness, and absolutely fell in love.
Through the next ten years I practiced when I found time and slotted it into my life when I could.
Post COVID, I massively struggled with my mental health, and was set an online challenge to practice each and every day for a month. This absolutely changed my outlook on everything in my life and I started studying the art of yoga.
I wanted to share the lessons I had learned and decided to start holding spaces for people to bring themselves and any stress and insecurities with them, enter into a safe space, and leave feeling lighter and relaxed.
I have continued to learn, progress and develop my knowledge and am loving every part of it.

I enjoy blending various styles of yoga in my classes! Flowing from a more challenging pose to a well earned savasana I believe creates a harmonious flow. I always allow variations in class, whether you want to push yourself with a more intricate version of a pose, or keep it chilled with a softer version.
Styles I enjoy teaching include -
Vinyasa - a dynamic style of yoga that links breath with movement, creating a flowing sequence of poses for strength, flexibility, and mindfulness,
Hatha - a branch of yoga that uses physical postures and breath control to balance the body and mind, traditionally, it is a holistic system aimed at preparing the body and mind for meditation and spiritual growth,
Yin - a slow-paced, meditative style of yoga that targets the deep connective tissues of the body through long-held, passive poses,
Yang - an active and dynamic form of yoga that focuses on building strength, stamina, and flexibility through movement and engagement of the muscles,
Astanga - representing a complete system of physical, mental, and spiritual practices designed to achieve self-realization and inner harmony.

On this beautiful summers day, I wonder what all the stress was for. I've spent the last two days in my garden enjoying trimming back, potting up new finds from the local garden center, and reimagining the garden and the BBQs we'll be enjoying with more sun to come! My skin is about three shades darker in just two days from soaking up this early summer heat wave, and I spent time today thinking that, this time a week ago, I was a nervous wreck, and I felt that everything I kept dear to my heart, was being shaken out of me.
